THE WAY AHEAD...

To date, the Warrior Retreat at Bull Run has hosted over 1,000  wounded, injured, and/or ill warriors and an additional 1200 family members and friends.  Demand continues to grow and in response, we have built two additional lodging houses, one with a multi-purpose building.  The positive feedback of our guests tells us this cannot happen soon enough!

The PENFED Foundation became a Strategic Partner in 2017 by awarding Willing Warriors a Grant to help with the construction of our second retreat house.  They stepped up again in 2022 by awarding Willing Warriors another Grant to help with the construction of our third house.  We recognize the power of giving back to create positive outcomes in the lives of everyone involved.  Our board members are always looking for win-win situations and we invite you to join our team to make a difference in the lives of our Nation’s true heroes!
